Round 3 Preview Claremont vs Perth
Fresh off a bye, Claremont will be looking to continue their positive start to the season when they face Perth at Lathlain Park on Saturday.
After thumping East Perth by 76 points in round one, the Tigers enjoyed last weekend off, while the Demons suffered a 41-point defeat at the hands of West Perth.
Claremont won the corresponding fixture by 44 points last year, and will be looking to pick up where they left off against the Royals.
Aaron Holt (foot), Rowen Powell (ankle) and Aden Wilkins (shoulder) will not be available and look set for lengthy stints on the sidelines, although Tom Shanahan (sprained ankle) remains a chance to line up against the Demons.
All four players were injured whilst playing for Claremont’s Reserves in the opening round.
The club encourages all Claremont fans to attend the game and cheer on the mighty Tigers as they look to make it consecutive wins.
Bounce down is 2.15pm, following Reserves at 11.30am and Colts at 9am.
