Club Announcement – Coach Extension

The Claremont Football Club is delighted to announce the contract extension of Senior Coach, Ashley Prescott, for a further two seasons (2024 and 2025). First engaging with the Club as a player when listed at the Fremantle Football Club, Prescott went on to coach our Colts and then League side for 4 successful seasons before spending the next 13 years in a variety of coaching roles at AFL level with Fremantle, Essendon and Gold Coast. Prescott returned to the Tigers in 2021 taking the club to a Grand Final in just his second year back at the helm. As a level 4 AFL Coach (the highest possible), Prescott has an outstanding knowledge and understanding of the game., His passion for player development, and his ability to positively engage with all Club stakeholders, places the Club in the best possible position for the years ahead.
