ANNOUNCEMENT: CFC Strategic Plan

We are excited to announce the launch of the new 2023-2025 Strategic Plan for the Claremont Football Club, outlining our vision and objectives for the coming years. The plan has been developed after an extensive consultation process with our stakeholders and reflects our commitment to building a successful and sustainable club that is well positioned for future growth and success.

The key objectives of this Strategic Plan include;

• Building a strong and sustainable club culture that is inclusive, respectful and welcoming to all members, supporters and stakeholders.
• Developing a high-performance football program that is focused on excellence, player development, and on-field success.
• Growing our membership base and engaging with our supporters, sponsors and partners to build a strong and enduring relationship.
• Investing in our facilities and infrastructure to provide our players and supporters with exceptional experiences.
• Building a strong and sustainable financial position that enables us to invest in the club's future and deliver value to our members, supporters and stakeholders.
