The WAFLW 2021 season kicks off this Sunday. We are very excited to have new players join the Rogers Cup (Under 18’s) team and this week 11 players will make their debut. It’s exciting to see talented players joining us from junior clubs in the Claremont District. Some of the girls have played footy since they were in Auskick, and their skills on the field have some of the Senior Squad players watching their back. The new players have been welcomed into our community, and are thriving on our professional program that not only includes football coaching, but fitness and strength, nutrition and wellness, and injury prevention and management. We wish all the players the best for Round 1.

Round 1 - Sunday 21 Feb

VS Swan Districts, at Steel Blue Oval

Our club is a strong advocate for mental health and in 1995 the club lost one of our best and brightest stars, Dhara Kerr. Dhara was an award winning player and captain of our club. At the time she played the rivalry between the Piranhas (now CWFC) and Swan Districts was fierce, and after her passing the clubs decided to honour her memory by playing for the Dhara Kerr Memorial Club each season. This weekend our Rogers Cup, Reserve and League team take on Swan Districts, at Steel Blue Oval. We hope to see Tigers fans in the crowd.
