Round 12 AAMI WAFL Player of the Week
Congratulations to Andrew Foster who has been named the Round 12 AAMI WAFL Player of the Week after his inspiring effort in Claremont's 21 point win over West Perth.
Andrew has earned $250 for the Willeton JFC as a part of AAMI's grassroots rewards program.
Foster continued his impressive form to date this season with another great display, racking up 33 Disposals, 5 marks and 8 IN50 Entries. His pressure around the contest was also a huge highlight of his game as he tallied an impressive 11 tackles.
Claremont ran out victors in this Top of the Table clash with West Perth at Joondalup Arena in what was another thrilling contest between the two clubs this season, the final score 18.11.119 - 15.8.98.
The win takes the Tigers to a 10-1 record this season and opens up a 4 game gap at the top of the table. West Perth sit in second with a 6-4 record while 4 clubs, Perth, East Fremantle, Subiaco and East Perth sit on 5 wins a piece.
Claremont will face Peel Thunder in Round 13 WAFL action at Claremont Oval on Saturday 15th June from 2.10pm.
