Semifinal Preview: Claremont v West Coast
By Dan Scamozzi
The mighty Claremont Tigers host West Coast in a sudden-death first semifinal at Revo Fitness Stadium on Sunday afternoon in week two of the 2019 Optus WAFL Finals Series.
The Tigers suffered a frustrating defeat against South Fremantle in the qualifying final and will be aiming for an improved performance in order to keep their season alive.
The clash will be the Tigers’ final home game for the season, with the winner to face either Subiaco or the Bulldogs in the preliminary final.
Meanwhile, Claremont’s Reserves, who had a bye last weekend, face West Perth in a second semifinal, while Claremont’s Colts face Peel Thunder, also in a second semifinal.
Members and supporters are encouraged to support the mighty Tigers, with the Club calling on the Tiger Army to pack out Tigerland.
Entry is FREE for kids under 16.
