Preliminary Final Preview Subiaco vs. Claremont
By Daniel Scamozzi
Claremont’s Reserves face Subiaco in the preliminary final at Fremantle Community Bank Oval on Sunday, with the winner to face East Perth in the grand final at Optus Stadium seven days later.
The Tigers thumped Swan Districts in the first semifinal at Joondalup Arena last week, while the Lions surrendered a 44-point quarter-time lead in their loss to the Royals.
Just one win separated the Lions and Tigers on the ladder at the end of the home-and-away season, and a fierce contest is set to unfold as both teams aim to keep their seasons alive.
The club encourages the Tiger Army to attend the game and support the mighty Tigers.
