Round 15 Match Preview - Claremont v Perth
Round 15 Preview Claremont vs. Perth
by Dan Scamozzi
Claremont hosts Perth at the Showgrounds this Saturday as it looks to replace the Demons in seventh position on the ladder.
Following Claremont’s loss to Subiaco and Perth’s win over East Fremantle in round 14, the Tigers have dropped to eighth position – one below the Demons.
Defender Brandon Franz will miss the match after fracturing a thumb in the loss to Subiaco.
Meanwhile, vice-captain Ryan Neates will look to prove his fitness, having missed the past two games with a heel injury, while captain Jake Murphy (calf), Matt Davies (hamstring), Darcy Cameron (teeth) and Tom Shanahan (elbow) were also absent against the Lions.
Dylan Ross, Toby Plant, Zac Langdon and Alex Manuel all played promising roles in Claremont’s Reserves and will push their cases for selection.
The club encourages all members and fans to attend the game and cheer on the mighty Tigers!
Bounce down is 2.15pm, following Reserves at 11.30am and Colts at 9am.
